A concept brand identity for a small carrier airline connecting the remote island of Tristan da Cunha with a strong focus on biodiversity preservation and community values.
The strategic goal was to establish a sustainable transportation system that respects the island’s vitality. By adopting a selective approach to visitor management, the brand minimises the environmental footprint on the island and the planet, accommodating smaller groups. With a particular emphasis on nature-focused travel, the concept brand appeals to curious explorers seeking immersive experiences that allow them to connect with the island’s unique ecosystem and cultural richness while preserving its infrastructure.
This approach ensures a balanced and sustainable tourism model, where the curious explorer can indulge their passion for nature, making their journey both memorable and impactful.
Inspired by curiosity and exploration, the bold brand identity aligns with the brand mantra to Wonder Beyond. The visual language looks closely at the elemental world of plant biology through the concept of Isomorphology, and at the same time far beyond the boundaries of our planet into the depths of the universe where mathematics meet binary. The final outcome is a combination of both the organic and the technological – driving the brand boldly into the rapidly growing digital age.
